Michael recently completed his Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from Emerson College. Since, his screenwriting work has placed in various festivals and competitions, including Austin Film Festival. He has completed a portfolio of shorts, pilots, and two feature film scripts. His thesis feature script, THE SPACE BETWEEN, is an international drama that follows a pair of lifelong pen-pals develop an unexpected romance, only to be constantly separated by their countries borders, visas, and laws. He is currently working on the second draft of this original screenplay.

Additionally, his original comedy feature, TROOP 420, is undergoing rewrites. He is currently developing the drama/mystery feature, BEQUEST, a co-writer, with plans to direct the short film in early 2026.
